What? Why?

First off:
FRACTION is still a token without ANY real-life value/usecase!

If you just stumbled upon this project,
I strongly recommend reading this and this.



Here are some important bulletpoints:

  • The total supply will always be 1 - also across multiple chains.
  • Expanding to addional chains via Connext to make sure the total circulating supply stays 1 (no cloning, relauch, etc ...) and that FRACTION stays a native streamable SuperToken on each chain.
  • On sale are the 25 parts the fraction logo consists of. Once again you can ever only own a fraction of it. Each FRACTION NFT is also only minted once (1/1).
  • The purpose of this NFT sale is to collect funds for filling up the initial QuickSwap liquidity pool on Polygon.
  • NFT sale for the Polygon expansion takes place from 20/12/2021 till 20/01/2022. All unsold NFTs will be set aside for the next NFT sale when the expansion to the next chain (BSC, Optimism, Arbitrum, Ethereum Mainnet, ...) closes in. NFT prices will then most likey change, depending on the then current Token price and needed amount for providing initial liquidity.
  • If the sales revenue exceeds the minimum needed amout, half of the revenue will be used to rebuy FRACTION to increase the token price. The other half will stay untouched for the next chain expansion and/or the Scavenger Hunt.
  • Previouly "reserved for xATS pool"-FRACTION will be bridged for the Polygon liquidiy pools.
  • Goal is to accumulate 9.5 ETH in total. Minimum threshold is 3 ETH.
  • If by 20/01/2022 the sales revenue isn't sufficient to provide liquidity for at least 0.05 FRACTION, the project will sell FRACTION from the Circulating Account to get the funds (which would result in a price decrease). Depending on the final sales revenue, the main Quickswap pool (most likely FRACTION:MATIC or FRACTION:WETH) might be fairly small just to set the price and the community has to take over.
  • A Minerva Streaming Farm is planned. Details on that after the Polygon launch.
  • Pool will be filled up shortly before 02/02/2022 - when access to Connext Bridge for moving Fraction from GnosisChain to Polygon (and back) gets publicly avaliable.
